Every new account receives 5 free credits to try it; after that, you can purchase more credits or subscribe to a paid plan.
How do the schedule optimizer credits work?
The first time you automatically generate the schedule for an event consumes one credit. Re-generating the schedule for the same event does not consume additional credits.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase credits individually, subscribe to a paid plan that includes a monthly allotment of credits, or continue using manual scheduling for free.
Do artists need to pay to view their assignments?
No. When you invite artists to your organization, they can create a free account and view their assignments for your organization at no cost.
Can my team’s artists see only their assignments?
Yes. Artists have a dedicated view showing only the events they're assigned to.
Do you support exporting schedules?
Yes. You can share schedules with clients and artists using a public link, or copy/download the schedule as an image.
How does artist eligibility work?
For each artist, you can specify whether they do makeup, hair, or both. You can also define custom add-on services that require special skills and mark which artists are eligible to perform them. Even for artists who can do both makeup and hair, you can record a preferred service that the optimizer takes into account when generating schedules.
What factors does the optimizer consider when generating schedules?
At a high level, the optimizer considers the ready-by time, service durations, artist eligibility and availability, setup & touch-up time, service ordering and dependencies, and overall team efficiency and preferences to produce an ideal, conflict-free schedule.
